Rough "from" prices. The price rises a lot with size and extras (carpets, lighting, cooling, chairs and tables).

💡 Ask for an all-in price: tent, set-up and take-down, carpets, lighting and cooling. "From" prices are usually for an empty tent.
❄️ In summer, cooling matters most. Ask how many AC units and what capacity for the tent, and whether power (a generator) is included.

Count your guests first. The company can tell you the right size for seating or dinner.
The tent must be firmly anchored, especially on dusty, windy days.
Lighting and ACs need enough power or a generator. Ask beforehand.
Fire extinguishers, clear exits and tidy cables. Especially with children.
Holidays, Eid and winter are busy. Book early.
Make sure the truck can reach the site and the ground is suitable for set-up.
